Salad - shredded spinach, grated carrot, julienne cucumber, chopped red pepper, sprouting seeds, avocado, chopped walnuts, pomegranate, crispy onions, raisins and feta, with a lemon and caper dressing.

Morrisons lasagne and chips for me. I might also have some garlic bread.

Am making roast veg lasagna - already looking forward to it.

We’re off to friends tonight so don’t know but we had Tantanmen Ramen last night and it was bloody delicious!

Penne alla vodka - quick, easy, relatively healthy and delicious!

I’m having a jacket potato with Greek salad. The others are having fishcakes.

I’m also making a rice pudding.

I don’t think I will be of any help. I’m having liver and onions because DH, who hates liver, is away. I have just made some lovely soup for lunch - curried carrot, leek and lentil

chicken and or prawn rice,

shredded duck (and pancakes if shop have them)
Vegetable spring rolls
Prawn crackers
Pudding fresh fruit and cream.
