Salt and pepper tofu, mushroom fried rice, and bok Choi in chilli and garlic sauce.

Sausages, crushed baby potatoes, veg. Maybe red wine gravy. 🤔 Not sure any wine left.......

Beef chilli wraps with salad. Cheap, quick and easy. Always have leftovers to go on a jacket potato tomorrow lunchtime

Im having sausages and low carb cauliflower cheese , husband is having macaroni cheese and daughter is having Pizza Hut gf pizza .

What? A house with no wine. Can't be true!
Anyway, I came here for inspo as my shopping came this morning but I can't think of anything interesting to make.

I was running late, so did a spiced chickpea and sweet potatoe traybake with other veg chucked in there then crumbled feta on top.

Quick and easy then while roasting got everyone sorted.

Chinese fakeaway as there are no chinese takeaways in this country!! So, teriyaki chicken, chicken fried rice, beef chop suey, and chinese peppers mix with bacon. Yum. So easy and costs 1/4 to make of the takeaway we used to buy in Canada

Tofu in a really easy za’atar & molasses marinade with sweet potato chips, peppers & mushrooms, all done in the air fryer.
