Hi all,

I'm not looking for a diagnoses as have already been referred on the 'two week wait' to the Dermatology dept. Blummin pain as I was there on Monday for something on leg, that they will scrape off (yum!).

I'll attach a pic of my gnarly little toe...

It wasn't there in August (holiday). I asked how sudden these things can appear and gp dermatology specialist said sometimes within weeks...

I'm keeping calm but head all over place as I've been so unwell in last 3 years, low immune system, picking up any infection, at one point I was given a 2 month course of antibiotics. I've had several weekly courses. I've had scans on lymph nodes - thankfully all clear. Random lumps on shoulder... I could go on.

Can I ask though, has anyone had something appear like this within say - 2 months?

Wow @JanglingJack when you say everything is out, did they remove the toe? Or it's an excision near the toe?
I have heard of deep excisions taking a serious amount away, so hopefully that's removed the tissue so nothing can spread and no further issues for you.
Do you think the pot labeller was there to ensure nothing is mixed up this time? (Hope for you it works).

I would ask for results as the pot labeller was probably labelling tissue to go to histopathology (or similar) dept for tests?

Would it reduce your stress if they say they think they got it all? X

Did you get a diagnosis on this thing on your toe?
