They've stitched up their constitution to prevent a challenge for a year (?). Which seems a recipe for a year long internecine briefing war between the leader and the "we want to be like Reform" factions. Neither of whom has the backing of at least 25 MPs.

They will be like a fly in the room of life - generating an irritating amount of (media) noise whilst never being able to escape the room.

Maybe Jenrick will reflect on his misogynistic comments (and presumably the mindset that generated them) and realise they were unacceptable and will certainly have influenced some voters.

I saw a photo of Mrs Jenrick last week and she looks like central casting’s idea of the wife of a Tory MP.

My first thought, on seeing her, was that it was like looking at Michael Palin or Terry Jones, dressed up as women in Monty Python!Here!
