Please can you talk to me about Marian Keyes?

I am half way through my first Marian Keyes novel courtesy of the freebies on Audible. She is not an author I have considered before, but I am loving it. I wonder if any one would like to discuss Brightest Star in the Sky. I don’t mind spoilers. In particular, did you have a favourite character?

Yes I would, There a sequel to Rachel's holiday as well.. Again Rachel.

The cast of "The Walsh Sisters" tv series based on Marian's books has been chosen.

I don't think I ever read Marian describing Luke as Ritchie Sambora - but the photo of him is exactly what was in my head! So amazing points for her description.

To me this would be Luke.. He doesn't have to be dressed as a gladiator obviously (but it's fine if he wants too 😂)

I think she said it on Twitter or IG a few years ago.
Initially I’d pictured that the real men would dress in a kind 80s Bon Jovi/Def Leppard style, which would have been very uncool in the late 90s/00s when it was set.

I can see why she would be embarrassed by him.
