I'm gutted as last year me and DP left the shop on launch day with full bellies and slightly tipsy as there were so many freebies but we are away this weekend so missed it!

I'm sure they could manage a store in Richmond or Barnard Castle. That's surely posh northern enough for Booths.

I'm too far North, but will be visiting York in December so can make a detour to Ripon on the way back to the Wall or the Frozen North.....

I feel spoilt indeed - nearest one is 2mins drive, then there are another two both 10mins drive - and then I pass yet another one further away on my drive to work and DH the same on his ...

Weve got Penwortham, Longridge, Fulwood and Longton. We've also got their head office!
Chorley, Clitheroe and Garstang aren't a massive distance away and good for a run out!

Barrowford store not too far from Clitheroe and 2 mins from the motorway. Some nice shops there and some nice scenery

I have 2 booths near me. 5 min in either direction. Blessed but also poorer for it! Had lunch with the kids there today and noticed them setting up some taster stalls but missed the book or the opportunity to taste. Will have to return tommorow.

The Keswick one has self scan.

They started in Lancashire (Blackpool actually). Booths are a Lancastrian institution. I'm always very suspect of anyone who doesn't like Booths.

I grew up in Lancs but now live in London, which means a mandatory stop at Knutsford Booths (15 mins from the M6) every 27th Dec as I drive back 'darn sarf' after Christmas. My car gets loaded with things from the deli, mainly hotpot and butter pies (although I make my own at home in London, it's a faff so I only do it when I have bad cravings and/or am educating London friends on 'real food'). I also highly recommend Cuckoo Gin (made in the village where my mother's family have lived for generations).

Amazon Fresh sell some Booths ready meals, wine etc but the Booths deli is where it's really at. And that means in person!

Off to look ! We holidayed in the Yorkshire Dales last year - shopping in Booths was the highlight of our holiday! (I mean yes the scenery was nice ... but ... )

All I can say is SQUEEEE!
I have a collection of these going back years. Now sadly a Southerner (by geography, not mindset ) but family know to get me one.

Between 15% and 20% My older child worked there too. They’re great employers!
