Tesco- no delivery

Assuming Tesco has gone down,
Delivery was due between 9 and 10am this morning - not arrived.

Website and app seem to be up and running
No notifications or explanation as to why my order has not been delivered

Anyone else had any problems with their orders this morning?

I'm waiting on mine it was due between 10 and 11 then got a message to say by 1.30 but still not here p. Happened last week too

Mine turned up this morning, I had an text to say it was going to be late but it actually delivered within the original window. The app wasn't working so I only got my receipt about 10mins before it was delivered but pretty much everything there.
I'm in SE England

I've just had my email saying order has been cancelled and to rebook if I want to....

No explanation or anything
Will deffo ring tomorrow to try for a voucher!

Wind is picking up here so anyone having to make it out to the shops take care!

I got the list of substitutions before 9am. Already been to Waitrose once today as I forgot to get dishwasher tablets.

Why do people assume supermarkets are not at the mercy of technical issues like everywhere else?
Our system was down for hours earlier, we all turned up at 6.00am, whilst everyone else still in bed, we unable to pick for three and a half hours.

Why do supermarket staff assume we are telepathic?

This happened to me with Iceland some months ago and it took weeks of arguing to get my money back - and in the end it was PayPal not Iceland who refunded me. Needless to say, I'm an ex customer of Iceland.

This is the second big IT problem Tesco has had in recent years isn't it? I can see them losing customers over this.

Mines just been cancelled ten minutes before it due, no explanation from Tesco, just its cancelled.

They sent the list of subs / receipt and have taken the money so I am not happy at all.

I am now trying to call them to ask why I couldn't have just collected it if it's been picked.

Just as an update on my cancelled and apparently refunded order which was due 11-12 today…. It’s just turned up 🙈

I'm in the same position. Should have been deliveries this morning. Had the receipt emailed and money been taken from my account but no sign of the delivery and no communication from Tesco.
Called the helpline and first it said it was closed then said to call back another time.
Sent messages on WhatsApp and messenger both say will respond in two hours but that was three hours ago!
Assuming a technical problem but they could at least post on their site or social media to tell people what's going on.

I'm North Oxfordshire, delivery due 12-1, had a text & email after 1pm to say major delays, will still attempt to deliver up to 10pm tonight. Luckily we're not planning on going anywhere today!

In Mid Devon too op. Had an email this morning cancelling my late morning delivery due to "an issue with our system"

Our click and collect for 4-5 was cancelled around 2 pm. Very annoying!

Just got mine, driver said that of the 45 vans supposed to go out today from my local store only 5 actually went (so I’m feeling very lucky), and he should have had two runs but only has one. If he goes home once he’s delivered what he’s got on board they don’t pay him his expected hours, but if they send him home they do, so the drivers’ pay is all potentially affected as well as the customers.

My shop was due 10-11. Had receipt and money taken. No update email, no response to WhatsApp or Twitter DM 5 hours later. Ap still says in preparation!

IT issues happen but the lack of communication isn’t great customer service

Definitely the lack of communication that got my back up today.
There's no excuse with all the media platforms they could have used instead.
