Best supermarket doughnuts?

I like ring doughnuts and jammy ones too, but I really don't like the ones that use icing sugar on the outside. It has to be proper sugar with a little bit of a crunch that makes you like your lips.
I recently tried warming doughnuts in my air fryer and then adding a little cinnamon sugar, it's going to be my downfall Grin
Anyway... which supermarket makes the best doughnuts?

M&S for ring doughnuts - proper vanilla flavour too.

Waitrose. I buy one loose from the bakery stand & then get the free coffee.

Sainsburys donuts are so hit and miss I've given up buying them.

I took so many back because of no (custard) filling I gave up.

Lidl from the bakery department and their cronoughts are lovely too, and their cinnamon buns (I really shouldn’t work next door to one 😂)

Probably not much use to you but if you’re ever in West Cork and passing by Clonakilty, pop into SuperValu for the best donuts you’ll ever try. It can’t be any other SuperValu because they are franchises rather than a standard chain. It is hands down the best supermarket I’ve ever been to,and if you get there before the donuts are all gone you’re in for a treat.
