It's the season of advent for the Playmobil people in our house...

... and so each day up until Christmas I will be bringing you a small scene from Playmoland. A kind of Playmobil advent calendar, with just a simple picture each day.

I'm still hoping to see the puddingheads.

Glad they didn’t start on the wine too soon before Christmas!

I'm not too sure the puddingheads would be welcome in an advent calendar! But I expect they will feature in future events.

Season of peace and goodwill to all, even pudding heads.

I expect the puddingheads will be enjoying a festive beverage even though it may not have been obtained by honest means.

Even puddingheads deserve a nice Christmas (I think of them a bit like those blasted Elves)

I expect one of the Father Christmases will bring them something even if they haven't been good all year.

OP have you ever put the photos and your posts made into a wee book?

@KeeeeeepDancing no, but I do also post them on FB, and for each "event" I have compiled an album. So the current one I'm adding a photo (with a comment) to the album each day. It means if I want to reference past events easily, I can just visit the album and see the posts in order.

It’s funny how you never see Playmo people knitting or crocheting.

I’ve opened a few doors this morning, what a treat. I laughed at the chipboard wing angels! I do like a mitten, I might import some from Playmoland as they’re not easy to come across in my world.

@TheCountessofFitzdotterel I don't think Playmo people have knitting needles or crochet hooks, although they do have balls of wool, although these are largely used for kittens to play with!

The scarf belongs to Klara and the blue hat to Friedrich. The red hat is Emil's. The mittens belong to Gerhard and Jonas.

There are quite a few kittens in Playmoland! We have some in our nativity set.

I’m wondering if tomorrow’s picture will include harassed looking Playmo people whose online grocery delivery is missing a vital component, whose sellotape and scissors have gone missing in action and whose families are having a bit of a moment?
