Miranda Hart?

I' m watching tv and been channel surfing. I came across some episodes of Miranda. I'd forgotten all about it.

What happened to her? She was everywhere at one point- on her own show, on game shows, current affairs things, comedy programmes, chat shows. I think she had national tours with a comedian type show and in a play she wrote. Then it's like she just vanished.
I asked DH if I have missed something but he says he has never heard of her- which isn't true but he's obviously forgotten who she is.

Did she just stop doing everything?

Shes brilliant. I think she has a new book/audio book out next week.

I haven’t seen it but she has been on The One Show tonight and confirmed she got married a couple of years ago! How wonderful!

I saw her on the one show tonight.. she’s written a book and found out she has Lyme disease

Having had Lyme disease myself (diagnosed by lumbar puncture and a consultant neurologist), I'm always sceptical about such claims. A few years back we had the phenomenon of "chronic Lyme", which was sold to people with ME by charlatans. But actual Lyme is a chameleon as well as a bugger. If MH has had it then I wish her well for her recovery. I was prescribed 28 days of IV antibiotics, but it was mostly fixed after 2 days.

I swear I thought she was gay but she has married a man.

Love her. On an old episode of Would I Lie To You she gets the giggles so badly that the camera has to keep cutting away from her because she simply cannot speak. It's lovely.

Yes I thought she was living with a girlfriend for a while. However, she looks very happy right now and good luck for her marriage; nice to see!
