Toastie filling ideas

Hi All,

As the title suggests, I'm looking for some toastie filling ideas. Currently on a tight budget and need some ideas as to what I can put inside my toastie maker aside from the classic cheese and beans combo.

goats cheese, rocket and pesto

A tin of kidney beans in chilli sauce. Mix with a tin of sweetcorn and some finely chopped pepper. Add cheese.

Mars bar.

My absolute favourite is cheese and cauliflower.

Marshmallows and Nutella
Sliced banana and chocolate buttons
Peanut butter and strawberry jam, sprinkle with icing sugar when done.

Mature smoked cheddar and thinly cut slices of apple, it delicious

Any combo of using sausage, egg , bacon and cheese.
Cheese with some kind of pickle, relish or chutney.
Chicken, turkey, pork with stuffing
Mozzarella with sweet chilli sauce or pesto
Brie, apple and honey, sometimes i add ham too.
Tuna and mayo
Tuna and cheese
Brie and bacon
Leftovers like spag bol, stew, chilli or curry.
Chocolate, banana and marshmallows - trust me on this one.
Princes tinned pie fillings - esp the black cherry one.

Do you cook the cauliflower first?

I have never heard of a cheese and bean toastie.

We have a 2 sided toastie machine. I'd do Corned beef and beans to start with banana and raspberry jam for dessert ..
