Visa has prohibited banks from countries neighboring Russia from opening accounts for Russians. For violation, the fine is $1 million for each card.

The enemy is trying to develop success on the railway near Avdiivka, to seize as many sections as possible along the line, — military correspondent Bohdan Myroshnikov.
"Also, they try to move west as fast as possible if they can cross the railroad. Our military did not appreciate this and forced the enemy to retreat to their starting positions.
