Taylor Swift AXS tickets today

Anyone else a bit confused by the AXS website?
I've got my Midnight's code via email and been told it's only valid for use on AXS.
I've signed up and made an account with them.
But to me the website seems really confusing! I don't know where I need to be on the website at 11am.
Should I be on the page for the date I want to get?
I assume the website will update and there'll be a space for me to put in my code?
Any advice? I'm stressed out!

Oh no! Someone on Twitter said the 21st June one is sold out. Going to wait anyway and if it is, try again at 1pm

I'm really whizzing through this que, I'm guessing people are getting through, no tickets and coming out!

Well I got through, only tickets I could try for were the £661 each ones. Row E7. I refreshed the £195 package a few times to see if any tickets were being released and got identified as a bot!!! So thrown out

It's told me to clear my history and try again. Don't think I'll bother.

I managed to get tickets but only for 195£ which is more than we wanted to spend. Does anyone know if I can give them back if I get cheaper tickets for a different date?

That was going to be my upper limit (also more than I wanted to spend, but it would be so lovely to make it happen). But I can’t get any and am afraid of being identified as a bit if I refresh too much. afraid I can‘t knowledgeably advise about giving them back but I do think it is possible

You can't give them back as such, but you will be able to re-sell them through ticketmaster/AXS for face value I believe

Wow! Much better - just grabbed some tickets without thinking too hard - can’t believe it! I’m pretty much mum of the year now! Those fees though! Man alive!

I paid differently (access so over the phone) .

Are the fees added on top of the ticket price (ie if you see a ticket at 170 you end up paying 190) or is it more that you're.told it's 190 and then when. You look its fees?

Yes - on top. My tickets were £170 each but I paid a £85 service fee on top, for A total of 4 tickets. And a £14 facility fee. 😬

Ah that makes sense. I couldn't work out if I had "170" tickets or "195 tickets" !

It was so much easier this time. I was let in to buy tickets at 13.04!
However, it allocated S18 which I just felt was far too far back for the money, so released the tickets!

I'm so pleased for you that you managed to get tickets!! The Friday date one was so difficult compared to Saturday!

We're in S18 too - not cheap, and TS will be tiny!, but less than £200, which was my absolute limit. Thanknfully, we recently had some family money come to us, without which I probably would have had to say no to the tickets.
