Taylor Swift AXS tickets today

Anyone else a bit confused by the AXS website?
I've got my Midnight's code via email and been told it's only valid for use on AXS.
I've signed up and made an account with them.
But to me the website seems really confusing! I don't know where I need to be on the website at 11am.
Should I be on the page for the date I want to get?
I assume the website will update and there'll be a space for me to put in my code?
Any advice? I'm stressed out!

I keep getting an error I got through the waiting etc and into the ticket area but this keeps coming up......What do I do?

Yes @SoTiredNeedHoliday , my daughter and I were trying to get in together, she got in 10 minutes before I did and bought 2, I was getting your error message when I eventually got in.

I've done both 11am and 13 pm queue with AXS...got to ticket buying stage both times told no tickets left, yet five minutes later my friend sat next to me in office got four tickets in ticket master queue...don't know anyone who got tickets via axs queue...only people with tickets where in ticketmaster queue
Definitely not going well or seeming fair

Could somebody advise the prices please for Wembley please? Need to know if I need to let my daughter down gently....we need to wait and see if we're chosen to try for tickets next week, but if they're extortionate it may save me the stress......

@poorbuthappy I had a similar thought process, I rejected all the tickets in the gods and instead bought side view ones but only got two tickets. Now I wonder if I should have held my nerve and tried again tomorrow

I got tickets for 15th! The seats look OK, I think? I do think we're "up in the gods" but I don't really care, just wanted to grab the tickets while they're were there, didn't think I could afford to be choosy. They were £75.

That’s what my daughter did @UnwaxedLemon , she just grabbed the 2 she could, hers were around £75.

Im trying to ring accessibility line at wembly and have done for an hour but keep getting "its busy try later". I dont know how many accessibility tickets they ahve...

I considered trying for disability tickets as I do have a mobility disability but I'm lucky that I should be able to manage in the main seats, thought I'd leave the disability tickets for people who only had that option. I hope you get through!

Got tickets via AXS. Normal standing tickets were £110.

@Loulaa1977 £59 to £195 for seats (not including packages which went up to more than £600!!). Standing £110 (these seemed to go first).
I finally got to the front of the Ticketmaster queue then it threw me out for no reason that I could fathom, and I had to start all over again. When I finally got to the front again there was nothing left.
Waaaaaah. DD will be really sad when she gets in from school, as I have to work tomorrow so can't go through all this again!

My friend was in the Ticketmaster queue and I was in AXS. We got in at almost exactly the same time (13.20). She was offered slightly better seats than me so we went with hers. I then used my AXS code to buy tickets for another friend who was still in the queue.

@Theredjellybean this happened to me. The website thinks you are a bot. You need to contact customer service to unblock (won’t happen quickly as massive back log) - you can get around it by using your phone and turning off WiFi to use 4G instead, as the website has blackmarked your wifi IP address. Managed to get tickets for Edinburgh by using mobile 4G instead when mine did this.

Opposite experience here AXS worked fine for me - got two sets of tickets within 10 and 15 minutes but ticketmaster kicked me out the queue! then when i got in for the third presale there was only rubbish tickets left. Quickest I have ever spent £1300 in my life.

4 hours of constant ringing here - google suggests a lot of people had the same experience- no good for disability enquiries really is it?

Ds got a pair of tickets for Edinburgh, he was on the site for ages before he managed to get to get the tickets. If anyone is disabled, you stand a better chance of getting tickets if you go for the disabled area & you get a free ticket for a carer.

My daughter has just managed to get a front standing ticket at Edinburgh, she says there’s still some left 🤔
