Taylor Swift AXS tickets today

Anyone else a bit confused by the AXS website?
I've got my Midnight's code via email and been told it's only valid for use on AXS.
I've signed up and made an account with them.
But to me the website seems really confusing! I don't know where I need to be on the website at 11am.
Should I be on the page for the date I want to get?
I assume the website will update and there'll be a space for me to put in my code?
Any advice? I'm stressed out!

My dd is trying to get tickets for liverpool, she's put her code in, selected the number of tickets and keeps getting the message 'We couldn't find the tickets you searched for,' for seated/ side view and obstructed. Anyone else?

That means the ones she want’s aren’t available, try a different price band.

Any Parisiens or Lyonnais here? Both sales have stalled. Waiting for a message to say when sales will begin again. Apparently there were a million people in the queue just before kick off.

Ignore my last post. In my excitement I clicked in error!!!

Just managed to get tickets for Cardiff via the AXS website as had the midnights code. Must say it was very straightforward and after 30 mins in the waiting room at 3pm went straight into the site and purchased in 6 minutes.

I followed lots of tips - used my 4G, cleared browser and had code written down.

Good luck everybody I hope you manage to secure some

Anyone with a code from WRU for Cardiff sale today ?
Bloody ticketmaster saying my account email is not the same as the one my code invite was sent to....but it is...and I've done all the tips, logged out and in... nothing working

Those who bought through AXS how did you pay? I'm trying to add my payment information in advance but it keeps defaulting me to USA so I can't add my address.

Don't think you can add in advance with AXS. I just entered credit card details at checkout and worked fine

You can't add them in advance. I just paid through paypal at checkout

What does clearing your browser do? Will this help? Is it deleting cookies?

Ive registered on AXS and have my code copied and pasted in to notes. Just hope my phone signal plays ball on Tuesday.

@DarkDarkNight yes it is clearing cookies. Truthfully no idea what it does was just a recommendation that I seen. Was willing to try most things!

My daughter is so desperate to go - she's been a fan for 10 years, since she was 5! Her friend, who likes TS but is not a huge huge fan, managed to get presale tickets for her whole family, which is great for them, but really annoying for us if we get nowhere. Anyway, I'm splurging. Anyone got any advice, anything I ought to know in advance? I have my daughter's access code - do I just click on the link, enter the code and then hope for the best? What are the chances of us getting 4 tickets? I'm thinking pretty slim?

If its like the presale last week, you need to enter your email to get access to the actual queue. I don't think I had to enter the code until I was actually able to buy tickets which was about 50 minutes in the queue for me.
It kept showing as no tickets available but I kept refreshing and they would come up periodically and then go again before I could select! Eventually got 4 VIP tickets and finally checked out about 2.10 - sale began at 1.00.

I can't even log into my AXS account on a separate page. I'm thinking the website must be absolutely swamped and unable to cope
