Out and about in Central London and a walk round St James's Park looking at wildlife.

I'll pick another thousand or so pottering round over the next 6 hours or nipping out to the corner shop for ingredients for supper.

But I walked into town and walked back with my shopping. So clammy, I felt like I'd done 3 dance classes by the time I got home.
I normally do at least 12,000 a day.

Thats' not right, but I'm not sure what's real. Fitbit counts my cycling as steps. I cycled about 36 miles, 3.25 hours today. But thing is, I was on my feet at an event for most of 4 hours too. Lots of standing & some walking around.

My best guess is that real step count is about 6000.

Better thing to report is active minutes, I have 152 today.
