I haven’t received an email about selected/waitlist for general sale but I did buy tickets in presale so maybe that’s why?

Although I would have thought they’d send a standard email anyway letting you know.

Didn't get a presale code. 3 of us registered for 2 places each, so far we've had a no for one place each.

Trying not to be disappointed and stay hopeful but it's not looking good.

Waitlist as well. So I guess that means no chance.

I think with the sheer volume of folk who want tickets that calling it a waitlist is a bit meaningless as we don’t have a hope in hell.

I got waitlisted (but do already have presale tickets) and DP got a code. We’re just trying to decide whether to try for a more convenient date (and sell existing tickets for face value) or just stick with what we have.

We registered for London and Liverpool, I got a code for London and daughter got wait listed for Liverpool, we're in Liverpool so that would have been better, but she's desperate to see her so fingers crossed 🤞

For all these people who want to sell unwanted tickets on, how is this actually going to work? I saw an email from Ticketmaster on FB that said lead buyers need to be present at the concerts (IDs will be checked) and they don't transfer tickets.

Is this information wrong?

So far waitlisted x2 for Cardiff and code for Edinburgh and Wembley, and waitlisted x1 for wembley.
Really hoping I can get wembley tickets; Cardiff would have been perfect but Edinburgh will be expensive to fly and get a hotel

I think it'll be using Twickets like Ed Sheeran for official resale (but face value or under only)

@MandUs I’ve been trying to clarify the terms with ticketmaster but having no joy getting a response! I ended up with an extra pair by accident 😅 told me the payment had failed so I tried again later for another date and then got email confirmations a while later for both dates!
I’m hoping to be able to do the official ticketmaster resale. Had to do that with Queen tickets a couple of years ago and it worked really well.

I messaged axs and they confirmed at a point in time I will be able to transfer tickets. I need to do this as I bought for my daughter and she's going solo to London.

I have a spare (pain of all dates being sold separately) and I have arranged to sell to a Fb friend so am happy to have payment by PayPal and again just transfer.

I don't think you can 'sell' to anyone specific in the app, it just goes in a general
Pot. You would have to transfer and arrange payment separately.

I do hope they'll do a reselling option later on.
I've got a code for Edinburgh tickets but am very pessimistic about it so hoping there'll be a chance to buy unwanted tickets later on. I think loads of people must have panic bought tickets for locations too far away with no hotels available anymore now etc.

Got a code for Cardiff and 2 of the Wembley dates, already have the Dublin code. DP got Liverpool, we both registered for all of the uk dates but haven’t heard about the rest yet. I need to try and get Wednesday off of work, I’m a nurse working in a clinic Wednesday with a student observing me so no chance of sneaking. Wish me luck in getting the day off 🙈

Can I just check, I have the unique code and email, if I’m not successful in the 11am sale so go for the 1pm sale, will it still work?
