I'll start.
Splatter cover in the microwave, so all I have to do is pop it in the dishwasher.

As soon as I wake up, I chug some water.

This is great I will try to do all these

I have 2 of my favourite sharp knives and utensils.

I mostly work from home, but travel a lot, too.

I have three sets of periphery hardware: a charger / wireless mouse and keyboard at my desk, one set in the front room (if I fancy a change of scene) and another set in the rucksack that I use for travelling.

Means all I have to do is pick up my laptop and go without worrying that I'm missing something.

3 month wall planner in the bathroom, colour coded. Means I can sit and pee and work out what's happening when and I stare at it so often I remember to put stuff on it whereas I forgot in my diary

Cooking 2 dinners at once. There's just the 2 of us, so it's easy to cook with leftovers in mind. Means I get a few easy nights a week, cooking wise.

I do squats as I load washing machine or hang the load out.

I buy big bags of coriander, wash, dry, chop and freeze it. I can then throw handfuls into curry straight from freezer when I need it. Also peel ginger root and freeze that - grate from frozen.

Yep, the "just do it approach" to tasks instead of wasting time writing lists!
