I'm trying to cut down and was doing well today ,until the crisps 😩 but that followed 4 gins , felt I needed carbs to soak them up

Scrambled egg and toast, coffee

Asparagus soup and croutons (was horrible, wont make it again, croutons were nice)
Packet of crisps, 2 chocolate thins, 2 fig rolls, glass of milk. Many cups of tea throughout the day.

Still lying on the sofa absolutely stuffed!

I started on saxenda yesterday so today is not typical of my days at all. I'm quite shocked if I'm honest.
B: 1 banana
L: Half a pack of batchelors pasta
D: baked potato with cheese, salad with balsamic glaze
Literally that is it. I'm not hungry at all. I don't have any urges to comfort eat, to snack. It's an actual fucking miracle.
I'm going to have to up my game on what I eat though to make sure I'm getting enough nutrients. I do take an a-z multi vit and extra vit d (cos I'm fat) though.

I will preface this by mentioning that I ate so much crap yesterday - cream teas, loads of dodgy biscuits, crisps, chocolate etc etc so today back on the health kick but I ping pong around depending on my mood and behaviour of DD16

cashew butter on brown toast
prunes, apple, grapes, Earl Grey with honey

couscous salad, sautéed potatoes, walnuts, dried apricots, strawberries, tangerine, Earl Grey with honey, herbal tea, water

Homemade pasta sauce (lots of veg, basil, vegan pesto), wholewheat spaghetti, banana, grapes, apple, blueberries, more bloody herbal tea
