This is like reading someone else's post - I don't really relate to this 'menu' but I'm trying to make big changes and have lost a few pounds (just about 10 stone to go) Blush

I work in a Carehome and fuck me, the residents & ourselves polished off a monumental amount of goodies yesterday - the job is crazily physical so we have days when we thrive off sugar - I am trying to stick to a wholefood diet at home and not partake at work because of high bp - I weigh 53kgs but have a very stressful existence and am going through meno - no weight gain but tooth loss! Hence my veggie diet - sorry to bore just didn’t want people thinking I was a precious health fanatic!

  • Cacao porridge with flaxseed, chia seeds, blueberries and a dollop of Nutella. With a cup of tea.

Slice of sourdough toast with low fat spread, chicken and sweetcorn mugshot (which was disgusting 😁), rice cake with low fat cream cheese, chicken salad, rose and pistachio cake with fat free yogurt and raspberries.

Trying to eat a low fat diet and I really miss butter 😂

Handful of mixed nuts.
A banana.

Four gf Oaties (biscuits) with a cup of tea.

Prawn and veg sir fry with rice noodles.
Roasted rhubarb with a good dollop of Greek yoghurt.

Four squares of dark chocolate with orange and almond.

That looks a lot!

Why are people commenting with "disclaimers" before their healthy list, saying they're not 'precious health fanatics'?

Well I am one and I'm proud of finding discipline not to eat crap. It's hard work and I stand by my choices.
