Holiday edition!

  • 2 boiled eggs, some baguette, ham, aioli, tomatoes. An iced coffee.
  • some croquettes, calamari, olives, more bread and aioli, pork cheeks, Russian salad. A gin and tonic.
  • a cappuccino and some strange cake/ Swiss roll thing
  • a mojito
  • a beef carpaccio and rocket salad and seafood spaghetti. Another g&t
  • a chocolate gelato

I'm sure there's more I've forgotten about. The diet starts next week when I get home 😂

Random dessert that came with the pizza (like pastries with a white chocolate filling)

I'm in Australia so it's yesterday now:
Breakfast
Porridge with mandarin orange
Cup of tea
Cup of coffee
Lunch
Tomatoes on rice cakes. Doncaster tomatoes, which taste the way tomatoes did when I was a child.
Apple
Pear
Dinner
Leftover fish biryani with achari Brussels sprout curry and raita
A couple of glasses of wine.

Leftover homemade dill potato salad and a chunk of feta for breakfast.

Lunch - an avocado, gherkins, chunk Red Fox cheese, olives.

Snack - Mini fruit ice lolly

Dinner - meatballs in creamy dill sauce with peppers and mushrooms, mashed potato and broccoli. Tiramisu for pud.

Snacks - half a packet of the baking choc chips shovelled down when the kids weren't looking! Oh and some raisins. Then some antipasti artichokes mid afternoon.

Rather an in balanced day, but better than yesterday when I ate an entire packet of Mrs Crimbles's chocolate macaroons because the kids were driving me up the wall!

Breakfast: Peanut butter on toast
Coffee
Lunch: Saukercrat, french cheese, rye crackers, rocket, beetroot, walnuts
Dinner: Fish and chip shop large cod and peas (managed to avoid the chips)

B: two slices brown toast (one with Marmite, the other with Marmalade).

L: salad niscoise and small packet beef crisps.

D: tuna melt sandwich and lettuce.

S: one finger of Orange Twirl.

2x black coffee.
1x oat flat white.

I don't usually eat chocolate and crisps. But over all calorie count is about normal for me.

Today was staying under 1200 cals cause I've only a few weeks till my holidays and I'm adamant I'm going to get under 9stone .

I had to go to bed early as OH dared to eat a packet of tayto beside me.
