Because, even though I remember insults too, I've been practising collecting compliments to try and let the insults go!

What compliment made a massive difference to you and kept you going?

My manager was told by a school that I was a fabulous teacher (peripatetic teacher). I was never told that directly by the school, but it was nice to have it relayed to me, even if it was second hand!
