Normally go for Hendricks or Sipsmith but fancy a change.

I had Harrogate gin a while back, it was nice.

SquigglePigs · 27/04/2023 18:04

My current favourites are Edinburgh Cannonball and Bullard's Old Tom. Burleigh gin is lovely too. Roku's nice and I've always had a soft spot for Tanqueray and Bombay Sapphire.

Dingle is my favourite.

I'm currently sipping a glass of Melbourne Bloody Shiraz (now available from Waitrose).
The one that was a big shock to me was Pentire, I discovered it while I was pregnant and would not know it was non alcoholic.

YES. Bathtub Gin. Expensive but oh so smooth.
Now available in supermarkets including Tesco, Sainsbury's, Waitrose...

Slaistery · 27/04/2023 18:12

Plymouth - you can’t make a proper gimlet without it

Iambouddicca · 27/04/2023 18:12

Botanist is lovely

wasacasa · 27/04/2023 18:13

Botanist

ApolloandDaphne · 27/04/2023 18:15

Harris gin is my favourite.

hungryh1ppo · 27/04/2023 18:15

Plymouth gin is my favourite, closely followed by Black Powder gin from Flintlock.

JackOBothSides · 27/04/2023 18:16

I like slightly peppery and lemony ones so Bombay Sapphire is my favourite but Opihr is also lovely

Scottishskifun · 27/04/2023 18:19

Eenoo gin is absolutely amazing and gorgeous bottle (I have turned a few into lamps!) It's not sold in supermarkets though so need to buy direct or from a good outlet.

Failing that I like a Martin Millers served with strawberries and black pepper (honestly try it!)

Buzzinwithbez · 27/04/2023 18:26

Whitby gin is lovely. Also Gin Mare.

FannythePinkFlamingo · 27/04/2023 18:28

Loveday. Faintly liquorice tasting. Or Cornish Pink Flamingo gin, just because the bottle is so pretty!

TeeBee · 27/04/2023 18:29

Brockmans

Fandabedodgy · 27/04/2023 18:29

Hayman's Old Tom Gin.

If I had discovered that in my youth I would be an alcoholic by now. Its the nicest gin I've ever had.

copper house from Adams. Agree though that bathtub is lovely

emmathedilemma · 27/04/2023 18:31

Another vote for Botanist

TwoBigNoisyBoys · 27/04/2023 18:33

Aviation gin. It’s the only one I like, delicate and delicious 😊

blitzen · 27/04/2023 18:33

Durham gin
Esker gin
Lind and lime gin

blitzen · 27/04/2023 18:34

TeeBee · 27/04/2023 18:29

Brockmans

Oh yes, second this!

onepieceoflollipop · 27/04/2023 18:34

For a ‘normal’ plain gin I like Tanqueray - the standard basic one.

however I also love the Whitley Neill Parma Violet Gin.I got some as a gift and assumed I wouldn’t like. It’s not sweet btw
