Snow Day!!!

I've crept out of bed like a child at Christmas to check on the snow situ...

Can confirm snowing in Hampshire at 3am!

Crap photos due to the dark obvs.

We're due snow this afternoon in West Yorkshire then it's to get worse tomorrow. No work for me until Monday so I'm grateful for that as I travel 1hour commute.

I have to say though, much as I love the new hybrid working thing - it does rather take the edge of enjoyment off a snow day.

No longer can you sack off work and do snow angels...you just have to log on as usual 😭

Snow here in London and snowing now, just about to do school run. The roads are clear which is great, so glad it was wet on the roads!

Very light snow here - Gloucestershire.

Even if it gets heavier, school won't close. Mean it in a nice way, we have a very determined headmistress and if she can make a 50 min trip over the Cotswold Hills, then staff and pupils can't say they can't get in.

We’re in Berkshire and have some although it’s stopping now. DD’s college in Surrey is shut today due to snow.

Looks beautiful and our dog has been running madly around the garden, barking at the snow.

Just a bit sleety here , essex . On Monday we went to a Chinese peace garden to sit in the shade as too blisteringly hot to go to the beach !! o well , off today , meeting new DGD , born while we were away . If I have to get huskies and a sled to meet her I will 🤣

I’m in Derbyshire and watching Laura Thingy on GMB, it looks like we’re completely missing the band from the south and the band from the north so I’m a bit cross frankly.Angry
