Will you wait with me for my pregnancy test results?

Hi mumsnetters!

I have been feeling quite nauseated lately and my periods were due yesterday. They're usually very punctual.

My husband is out shopping and will bring back a pregnancy test with him.

Will you wait with me?
Time seems to have slowed down

Not at all, it would be the first attempt. My son was conceived after the first or second time so I'm thinking it might be likely with baby number 2 too

Sorry, I worded it wrong. This is not really an attempt per say but we messed up with contraception for the first time.

I will keep the baby either way. But my first son is only 9 months old so I'm scared of having 2 under 2

The supermarket is only a 5 minute drive away, but I think he wants to make an extra stop on his way out

My youngest 2 are 16 months apart, my eldest 2 are 21 months apart. The smaller age gap is actually much easier than you’d think- I prefer it (there are nearly 5 years between my second and third so I do have something to compare it to!).

I think it’s normal to be scared especially if it’s unplanned but you don’t know yet. You don’t have to make any decisions. Cross the bridges as they come.
Hopefully DH will hurry home.

I just called him and he is just headed to his extra stop now

He told me he was in the supermarket carpark looking for windscreen scrapers on Amazon 😑
