Will you wait with me for my pregnancy test results?

Hi mumsnetters!

I have been feeling quite nauseated lately and my periods were due yesterday. They're usually very punctual.

My husband is out shopping and will bring back a pregnancy test with him.

Will you wait with me?
Time seems to have slowed down

Is the extra stop a life-or-death type thing? Not sure there’s an excuse otherwise 😂

Not a life or death situation at all but he wanted to get it out of the way so that he doesnt have to take his car out tomorrow again

I just called him and he is just headed to his extra stop now

He told me he was in the supermarket carpark looking for windscreen scrapers on Amazon 😑

I shall wait too. Fwiw, i have a 17 month gap between my two. The small age gap meant i usually got a lunchtime nap when they were both napping! They're 12 & 11 now and it's generally easy finding things they'll both do rather than catering for different ages, and most of the time, they get on brilliantly xx

Mine is the opposite. I’m a day late and he’s practically forcing me on the toilet to do a test.

It’s always going to be a negative (hopefully) as he had the snip. Doesn’t stop him panicking though. He would love another baby and so would I, but realistically we can’t afford to and my health is not in the best place either
