Possibly something in April. A week in East Sussex at the start of the summer holidays, a week in Corfu (or Crete? Somewhere beginning with C) at the end of the summer. We'll almost certainly go somewhere in October a bit further afield, we like a bit of winter sun and we're limited this side of summer because our eldest is doing his GCSEs this year.

DH and I also have tickets for two festivals this year, and I'm in the process of planning a weekend away with uni friends.

BlueKaftan · 11/02/2023 14:53

Venice in early April
The Hague and Amsterdam in July
Hopefully Berlin in September

Meandfour · 11/02/2023 14:57

Lanzarote for Easter

Cyprus in May

Possibly Cala D’or in August, if not will go away in October

Cape Verde for New Year

Have a few weekend and city breaks booked throughout the year starting next month.

hidethexylophone · 11/02/2023 15:04

Skiing in France in April
Anglesey in May
California in July/August
Then back to Anglesey end of August

Plus a few camping weekends/weekends away with friends. Busy holiday year for us, although Anglesey is a family place so we go there a couple of times a year as it's a home from home.

Does anyone have any suggestions for places to go in Italy with a couple of teens? I'm thinking Rome obviously,

and I'd like to see pompei. Is sicily any good?

Pre kids DH and I did Tuscany with a hire car and got the trains around to Venice and Rome. Brilliant trip with plenty of fab food!

LondonLovie · 11/02/2023 15:15

Family weekend in Paris

Two weeks in Portugal in August

Possibly a couples weekend in Dubai or somewhere similarly hot.

Maybe a UK weekend break at the end of the summer

Clicheinaqashqai · 11/02/2023 15:18

Glamping weekend without the kids at the end of March

Week in Greece in May, our first abroad family holiday and first time going all inclusive. Slightly nervous travelling with 2 kids and how different it will be from our pre-kids travels.

Long weekend in Dorset in June

Hopefully somewhere in October half term.

Jealous of so many holidays! All our plans are on hold while my DDad starts chemo. If he's ok then hopefully we'll go to Denmark for 2 weeks in July.
