Is this a normal blood sugar level reading?

6.2 mmol

Taken at 5pm, after eating a Turkish delight at 3.30pm and a nectarine and a chocolate mousse dessert at 4pm

@BishyBarnyBee - sorry, just a quick reply to add - lowering carbs can increase the risk of exercise-induced hypoglycaemia.

I haven't got the link to hand as I'm on my phone but if you have a google you should be able to find some info about this.

I assume "OFGS" because 4.5 mmol is a perfectly normal reading. It's in the normal range. If you take exogenous insulin you probably want to start exercise at a higher level than that but if you have a functioning pancreas, your body will work it out by itself
