HELP. I'm 31 years old, what trainers should I be wearing?

Just this really. I want some new trainers for the school run etc and I'm suddenly feeling quite old. I'm drawn to the more fashionable ones but I don't really dress to suit them. If I was 10 years younger than maybe, but I don't want to drop £120 on a pair I like but look like I'm trying too hard to cling on to my youth 😅
Am I overthinking this?
What age appropriate trainers/brands should I be looking for that are a happy medium between young and carefree and boomer??

I'm 52 and wear whatever I fancy. Got to say though I recently bought a pair of sketchers and they were only £35 but are possibly the comfiest trainers I've ever had.

Ummm... Whichever ones you like?

My comfiest trainers are old Adidas Gazelles, so I wear them the most.

Sketchers are dangerous, they make all other footwear feel uncomfortable

I can't imagine worrying about dressing age appropriately at 31... I'm 54 and don't even do that now.

I have tons of Nike Air Force ones in lots of colours and styles because they work best with my feet!

You are seriously overthinking this.
