Currently watching the lifestream on YouTube...

Europe's First Orbital launch of satellites.

Anyone else?

(Its Virgin Orbit on YouTube, expected take off at 10pm)

Starts at ten 22:00 hrs but the space launch is just after midnight 00:05 or thereabouts, I have just been informed by the space-nerd in my house 😄

Ahhh I wish I'd known, I'd have driven up for a look! I've seen Cosmic Girl on Flight Radar a few times recently and assumed it was test runs for something.

I turned off then. You can start rewatching when the plane starts to fly loops on Flightradar.

There's large area of the Atlantic that is entirely empty of air traffic, so they are clearly giving the launch area a wide berth.

If you have clear skies, then look west about 2 minutes after launch in about 41 minutes, if it goes to schedule!
