What do you put on your porridge? I want to cut the sugar.

Started eating porridge but with a sprinkle of sugar like when I was a kid.

Delicious but am trying to lose weight.

Any alternative suggestions to make it tasty but healthier?

I do 80g berries, 10g protein powder, 10g pumpkin seeds, 10g dried fruit, 5g golden flaxseeds and 10g honey. Usually made with semi skimmed milk but I like the combined coconut and almond milk.

I don't eat it very often because it only keeps me full for about an hour. My go to is poached egg and avacado on brown toast.
