Why does Catherine always have a plaster on? Is she more accident prone than the rest of us!

Maybe she once wore one to cover an injury, realised the tabloids write about it and now randomly wears them on different areas of her hands to tease the tabloids and let them waste time trying to figure out what she's covering up.

i never knew it had a real name….I thought it was just me! My thumbs are a disgusting mess but I can’t help picking and chewing on them. They sting and bleed when I am stressed out (most of the time!). If I was Kate and in the public eye, I’d wear plasters too.

Just googled Kate Middleton pictures, first one I looked at had no plaster. Thumbs looked fine

As a bulimic in recovery, (14 years) I can tell you that Russel's sign would not just be on one digit and it would be highly unlikely to be on the thumb. Also if she had active bulimia she would not look so healthy.
