Annoying me that everyone is instantly saying METH, when Cara has a diagnosis of DCD and ADHD. Her erratic behaviour could be the result of either of these.

Whatever the cause I hope she is ok.

It's possible she's using drugs to help cope and it's spiralled, either way she clearly needs help.

I really hope she gets help very soon, her friends seem very worried about her.

Press intrusion into her life, a life that appears to be in need of some extra support and love and intervention. Being rich and 'successful' isn't all it's cracked up to be - especially because of the press intrusion in the bad times as well as the good.

Its definitely drugs. There are photos of her smoking something with a pipe. Seems like she is on a massive bender and barely sleeping. Hope her family can get her some help soon or it won't end well

Love a bit of celeb gossip. I feel for her :( She looks super unwell and kinda meth-y to me. It's interesting because if she is medicated for ADHD with Vyanse or Adderall, perhaps her tolerance for meth is high? Or maybe her meds stopped being so effective and she's taking street meth?
I wonder where her friends/family are?

She looks to me like she’s self medicating with something, and unless she gets help soon, it’s going to have a sad ending.

I had no idea what was going on so googled.

What it appears to boil down to is - model not arsed about looking like a model when going about her day. I mean, I'm pretty sure she was (at the very least) hanging out of her arse after a festival.

Maybe she is on drugs. Maybe she's just getting older and doesn't scrub up as well anymore. If anyone saw me when hungover they might legitimately think I was dying.

I feel terribly for her. She was put on a pedestal by the press but more recently has been torn down. Drugs do seem likely but I wouldn't blame her for using them as a crutch.

You can have ADHD and also be a drug addict. She has very clear substance abuse problems.

She looks coked up to the eyeballs. Not as fun when you're doing it on your own throughout the night and there's no music to disguise your erratic movements.

I don’t know what the other one is, but I have ADHD. Even before I got diagnosed I realised I have to be far far more careful than normal people about any kind substances that can be addictive. All while having less built in impulse control than your average over excited puppy. I failed a lot at putting that into practice.

I made enough of a mess of my life, body & soul when younger to know that if I’d had fame, opportunity, potential for exploitation, funds.. I wouldn’t have made it to my 30s let alone now.

Two things can be true at once. If she has ADHD then a drug, or drugs could be what ails her. I know her name despite not being the right generation to know who she is. But I sincerely hope she gets rescued from the crumbly edge of the cliff, in time to leave her in a position to rescue herself from what remains after the initial crisis is over.
