Barley cup with full fat milk and gluten free toast.
4 small multigrain slices of bread with cheese, pickled onion, black pepper and a little mayo.
About to make homemade beefburgers and salad.

Pinch of Nom cheese and potato pie
Got calories left for some Cadbury Darkmilk this evening but going for a walk soon. Had a weekend of mega excess where food and drin are concerned so really trying to counteract that.

B - mango yoghurt with granola and banana.
Snack - slice of cherry bakewell tart.
L - smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel. Two plums. Nut and chocolate bar.
D - lamb chops, new pots, runner beans, spinach and sugar snap peas. Almond magnum lolly.
Snacks through the evening will be some cashews, fruitcake and a cup of tea (and probably some chocolate!) I'll stop eating about 9!

Breakfast: 2 crumpets with marmite, cheese and butter and 2 clementines
Snacks: loads of sweets because got pick and mix at the cinema!
Lunch: 2 slices toast with marmite
Dinner: vegetable omelette with peppers, courgette, mushrooms, tomato and cheese and corn on the cob.

Seeded oatcakes, cottage cheese & chives, cucumber, tomato, grated carrot & beetroot, olives, cornichons, pickled onions
Small square of rhubarb flapjack
Baked orzo with courgette, mushrooms, tomatoes, green beans & a bit of boursin

Using up all the little bits of stuff from the fridge!!

L: homemade pea and ham soup
D: red lentil Dahl, air fryer onion bhajjis and a paratha

No snacks yet - although the football is making me want chocolate (or wine!!) 😥

B - yogurt granola tinned peach slices
Snack - protein bar and banana
L - boiled eggs with buttered and marmite granary soldiers. Apple and small bit of cheddar
Snack - couple of chocolate digestives
D - seafood linguine (prawns, mussels, salmon) with a green salad inc avocado and spinach and seeds (lemon garlic and balsamic dressing), frozen mixed berries with cream
Snacks which I'll start soon - cheese and seeded crackers. Nut and chocolate bar

I usually eat 9-9

L chicken wrap
(small bowl of popcorn)
D, baked beans and 2 sausages

then a cheese sandwich and a twix 🙄. Dd dropped her nap so I’m eating dinner before 5 with her which os too early for me and I’m struggling not to be hungry again in the evening.

B - wheatabix with banana and manuka honey
(no snacks as out for lunch)
L - out with friends - chicken Caesar salad with loads of dressing! Carrot cake. White wine x2
D - creamy haddock potato and pea casserole with carrots kale and broccoli. Tinned rice pudding with rest of tinned peach slices.
Snacks for later - olives stuffed with anchovies, sweet and salty popcorn. More wine whilst watching The Suspect

Drinks - wine, water, chai latte, green tea
