@MollyVolley yes! I usually just put it in right at the end or on top if I'm lazy

Lunch - three pieces raspberry jam on seeded toast, tea
Tea - chorizo and chicken kebabs, veg
Snack - caramel milkshake, bakewell

3 litres water (was exercising and thirsty!) and 2 mugs coffee

I've been absolutely shocking today

Tuna sandwich
2 buttered slices of bread
Scrambled egg, beans and 2 slices of toast
6 packets of crisps
Half a bottle of white wine
2 gin and tonic cans

Normally eat dead healthily so today is a blip and a half!

Joining partly because I’m nosy and love reading these threads, partly for inspiration from all the delicious sounding things and partly in the hope that posting what I eat will hold me accountable for the rubbish I eat!

Yesterday:
B porridge (oat milk) with almond butter
L 2 slices sourdough with butter and Brie. A carrot. Natural yoghurt with mixed seeds and a dash of maple syrup. Chocolate and peanut cereal bar. Dark chocolate Lindor x2
D half a pizza

2 tea, 1 coffee, peppermint tea, 2 water, camomile tea.

As you can see I love my carbs 😳

Aim for today, more veg, more liquid (less chocolate might be pushing it!)
