Overnight oats with banana and almonds, pinch of cinnamon

2 mini part baked rolls with egg and tomato, pea snap crisps, an apple and about 5 rich teas

Tomato Couscous, with leftover cooked chicken from yesterday, peas, tomato and lemon juice,
With melon and Greek yoghurt, little drizzle of honey

Teas with no sugar, plus water!

Dinner - salmon fillet with brocoli & 1 slice rye bread with butter & marmite

Drinks- water, 1 tea with oat milk and 2 decaf teas with oat milk

Started and ended well… the middle… not so much.

blueberry muffin
black coffee and mint teas all day
lentil salad…

office snacks; crisps, fruit pastels and digestives
DP made me toast when I got in so rude not to have it

thai veg and noodle salad with a peanut dressing.
