Fireworks display - what food vans would you like to see?

I'm helping organise a fireworks display on bonfire night and we're expecting a crowd of around 1500 people.

We have stalls selling local hot dogs and burgers but this won't be enough, the queues were huge last year.

What other food stalls would you like to see? We have a cake stall and bar already.

My daughter loved the candy floss stall and the toffee apples

Pizza slice

Churros always have a queue!

Toasties as a slightly more healthy option

Chips and loaded fries

Mac n Cheese please!

Chilli
wraps with spicy/warm fillings
loaded chips
pizza
nachos

Ohhhh, churros.

Chilli and rice. Then can have beef and bean option. Had it once from a food van; so good.

Loaded fries, kebabs

Yorkshire pudding wrap/burrito with roast dinner inside.

Definitely a mac n cheese truck...do they even exist? Can you park it outside my house please 🙏

Tea and toast

Ours do soup and crusty bread and another one has hot doughnuts

Cinder toffee/candy floss
Hog roast
Hot chocolate/coffee/tea/mulled cider

Mulled wine.
Anything warm, not messy to eat and with vegetarian and vegan options, and lots of options to minimise queues.
Payment by tapping card, to make it quicker and easier.

Hot pork pie and peas (and mint sauce)

Jacket potatoes are essential at a bonfire night display.

Soup?
Churros (as above), popcorn, sweets for kids.
Any finger foods or food that isn’t fiddly to eat.

Loaded chips. Oh yes!

Mexican (burritos etc)
Pizza in proper pizza oven
Toffee apples
Fresh doughnuts

Not just tea and coffee but also hot chocolate, mulled wine, non alcoholic warm/spicy drink.

Stuff that’s quick to get out.
artisan pizzas are lovely but always have a massive, slow moving queue.
soup, jackets, loaded fries, hot roast etc - all prepared in advance and quick to keep a queue moving. hot wine and cider, hot chocolate etc to drink
