Fireworks display - what food vans would you like to see?

I'm helping organise a fireworks display on bonfire night and we're expecting a crowd of around 1500 people.

We have stalls selling local hot dogs and burgers but this won't be enough, the queues were huge last year.

What other food stalls would you like to see? We have a cake stall and bar already.

If it was the one in Richmond you REALLY need an option which is not just pulled pork!

Proper jacket potatoes with a choice of fillings

Defo jacket potatoes!

Bratwurst

Jacket potatoes!

Proper pizza and donuts

Gyros and loaded chips

Mexican or Teppenyaki!

Who is eating bloody paella and tepanyaki on bonfire night?

OP you need pie, mushy peas and mint sauce. I'll have pork pie but you can have other options if you must

Always love a paella stall. Jackets potatoes are good on a cold night too (and quick to serve!).

A curry stall would be a great idea or stew and dumplings

Jerk chicken for me please.

I like that hog roast / pulled pork type sandwiches. Things easy to eat.
