For me it was last night as I was sat in my Pjs at 8pm, binge watching Lucifer, eating crumpets and drinking alcohol free prosecco (pregnant with DD3)

When I made my younger colleagues wet themselves laughing by misreading a text from my daughter. She'd written "I love you < 3" and I was a bit miffed that she loved me "less than three".

When I realised I can't bear to wear this season's fashion. I just cannot disassociate bootcut jeans, wide leg trousers and double denim from being what I wore as a teen in the early 2000s and therefore ' very out' rather than ' very in'.

I'll just stick with my straight leg jeans and blazer and hope for the best.

When I look at girls going on nights out wearing barely anything and I'm glad I'm going home to a warm bed, tv and coffee.

I’m the same age as you and I’ve never heard of Drop Dead Fred, or seen Beetlejuice!

My dh makes me feel genuinely cool when he looks at our teenage sons and exclaims "that's not a haircut! It's still a mop" or "do you call that music?" And I don't agree with him. Or asking me questions in that way that you're expecting to impress because the person you're asking wouldn't know the answer like "Do you know what GOAT is?" Or "Have you heard of drill music?" We're both in our late 40's.

What?! Maybe I'm just old at heart 👀😅
