What age did you all get Married and have kids etc?

I'm a 32 year old man and me and my partner (32) are feeling a bit behind in life, in that we haven't had the chance to get even engaged yet and/or have children yet.

So I was wondering, what age did you get to have these thing's in life?

met him at 28.
engeged at 31
married at 32
had our first baby at 34 (on my 34th, birthday, so a very young 34!!)

this is very much a “you do you” type thing. my husband is 4 years older than me. A lot of our friends were settled down, and I was Definitely definitely ready. I would have loved everything to happen 1-2 years earlier. On the other hand my brother and his gf are both 33 and not remotely thinking about marriage.

Met when I was 18. Married at 25. First baby at 34. Second at 38. Just didn't feel we needed to rush and enjoyed doing things like travelling a bit and got our house before babies arrived.

Met 21, Married 23, Kids 28, 30, 34. Been married 20 years now.

Twins born three weeks before my 30th birthday, married when I was 32 (he was a month off 32)

Married last week aged 49, together 13 years

Met: 32. Married: 37. DC1: 39. DC2: 41.

Met 20+25, married 26+31, bought house that year too, first baby 27+32, second and last baby 29+34.

Had babies at 20, 26, 28 and 29. Married at 32.

But it doesn't matter. Do things at your own pace. Never rush into marriage or having kids, or do them because you feel like you 'should'.

Fertility issues - everyone presumed we didn’t want kids or got together late 30s 😂

Met at 30 (me) and 27 (DH). Married when I was 33, had DS when I was 34 and DD when I was 37.

Married at 31 (dh was 29) had babies at 38 and 40.

If you wanted it, you'd find a way of doing it. An engagement and wedding don't have to be big, lavish affairs that take loads of planning and cost huge amounts.

Anyway, dh & I met at 28/29, had dc at 31/32 and 32/33 and then married at 33/34.

No DC together due to fertility issues

Everyone's timeline is different, I don't really recommend mine since ex was financially and emotionally abusive but I'm in a good place now and very happy with DH who is a wonderful stepdad to both DC and we've now come to terms with not being able to have DC together. My 30s were definitely my best decade so far though and you have enough time to plan things out without rushing anything.

Met at 22 but didn't get together until we were 24. Got married at 30, had 1st DC at 33 and 2nd DC at 37. No regrets.
