My last baby is 3 mo, so not something I need to worry about, but was just thinking about this:

  • Lettice
  • Anne
  • Georgiana
  • Clemency
  • Ambrosine
  • Adelaine
  • Otteline
  • Margaret
  • Barbara
  • Julia
  • Shirley
  • June
  • Patricia
  • Pandora
  • Diana
  • Kenneth
  • Harold
Wh would you like to add?

I love Georgiana, Clemency and Harold.

My all-time favourite boys' name is Godfrey, but you'd have to be a mediaeval knight to pull it off.

PipinwasAuntieMabelsdog · 25/07/2022 16:39

Oh Godfrey is a good'un as is Lionel

I love Mabel. Also Caspian but I’d never be brave enough to use either

Louise0701 · 25/07/2022 16:49

@Mushroo I have a niece called Mabel!

I absolutely love Georgiana and may use it if DC4 is a girl.

Judy (Judith)

I came to say Patricia and see it's already on your list!! I don't know why it hasn't come back with the old-fashioned trend? It has some cute shortenings (Pattie, Trish, a cooler Pat for a teen) and fits the ending in an -a theme that loads of people like. I have all boys but Patricia would have definitely been on my list if I had had a girl.

Ooh that's a bit Larry Grayson though ( no younger person now would know who he was )

Quite like "Larry" though

Candleabra · 25/07/2022 17:10

Araminta
My all time favourite name

HideousKinky · 25/07/2022 17:18

FanOnHigh do you think its current popularity in US could be because the main character in "The Handmaid's Tale" is called June?

Karen

Greensleeves · 25/07/2022 17:27

I think Linda, Lindsay, Carol and Karen are all really pretty...but I don't think the world is ready for them to make a come-back yet Grin

Jackanackanory · 25/07/2022 17:33

Clemency is a lovely name.

Whilst not keen on Joan, I do think Joanie is a pretty name. I also like Elaine and Stanley.
