I'm fed to the back teeth with heat waves, strikes (I support them, by the way!), corona virus and monkey pox, etc, etc!

So, as is my wont - my happy place is food.

We're having sweet and sour pork with fried rice, (one of DD2's new best meals) what's for dinner at yours?

Chicken shawarma, rice, flatbreads & salad for us.

DH and I are having gammon steak, fried mushrooms and cauliflower cheese cakes (random, I know). DS1 is having pasta with chicken and roasted veg and DS2 is having his usual 6oz of milk.

Lasagne and chips and coleslaw.

sausage casserole and mash

On the BBQ burgers, bottom oven muffins, sliced cheese, jacket potatoes, sweetcorn polish sausage. Random packet noodle and boiled carrots for fussy 9 yr old.

Chinese takeaway- slightly hungover after a wedding yesterday!

My mum has very kindly offered to get a Chinese in as I've just got out of hospital and still feel like crap.
Just lying in the bath trying to decide what to have.....
