Anyone up for a 'What's for Dinner' thread?!

I'm fed to the back teeth with heat waves, strikes (I support them, by the way!), corona virus and monkey pox, etc, etc!

So, as is my wont - my happy place is food.

We're having sweet and sour pork with fried rice, (one of DD2's new best meals) what's for dinner at yours?

Steak topped with blue cheese, served with a jacket potato, samphire and salad.

Lazy tea today:
Spinach and feta pie (Waitrose, frozen)
Greek gigantes beans (jar)
I will make a Greek salad and some tsatziki

Watermelon for pud.

Sirloin steaks, chips & garlic mushrooms. Was going to do salad but can’t be bothered!

Am currently bbq'ing a spatchcock chicken - will have with bbq grilled halloumi, grilled courgettes and mushrooms, and some leftover couscous and chickpea salad. Am starving so can't wait!

On my own for the week. Tonight is sirloin steak, truffle mash, tenderstem broccoli and peppercorn sauce.

It's pouring with rain here. Cottage pie and veg for me and DH, mince potatoes, yorkies and veg for DS as he hates mash. Rhubarb and custard for pud

Roast spatchcock Chicken (I spatched it)
Roast potatoes, mash, sweetheart cabbage and carrots/peas. Graaaavy !

Roast beef, roast potatoes and roast carrots with mustard and honey.

The beef was leftover from a couple of weeks ago.

Oh, yum, roast beef! Hmm, roast beef. . .

Tonight is chicken congee, which has tempted daughter the elder and her young man back home.

Pasta with canned fish in tomato sauce. Made the sauce myself with canned tomatoes.
