I solved Semantle #105 in 51 guesses. My first guess had a similarity of 6.96. My first word in the top 1000 was at guess #5. My penultimate guess had a similarity of 6.57. semantle.com/

This is really weird - DH and I have both completed semantle today, puzzle no 105. And we have been given different secret words!

Any suggestions/ideas why that might be?

@BIWI that is odd, perhaps the reboot that killed some people's stats shifted something else.
My target word today has a 999 with a similarity of 64.44, does yours or your DH's?

This will make clues tricky!

My 998 has a similarity of 63.05

I solved Semantle #105 in 48 guesses. My first guess had a similarity of 6.40. My first word in the top 1000 was at guess #19. My penultimate guess had a similarity of 49.21 (995/1000). semantle.com/

Nope. My 999 has a similarity of 44.93.

I suspect, thinking about DH's grumbles, and a few posts on here, that mine is a lot easier!!!

I am not enjoying today. Have a load of middling greens, most of which are entirely unrelated to each other. Any suggestions of whether any of these are useful?

@Lotsofpots whether we can clue depends on what the similarity of your 999 is as apparently there are two words today. It should say in the paragraph that says today is puzzle number 105.

I solved Semantle #105 in 115 guesses with 1 hint. My first guess had a similarity of 11.06. My first word in the top 1000 was at guess #78. My penultimate guess had a similarity of 37.37 (860/1000). semantle.com/

I had the 64 similarity word. Was messing around in the high colds for ages with similarities around 29.
