Why has he moved?! His garden is tiny compared to his last one! DH loves Gardener's world, I Mumsnet while it's on but have a secret love for the calming, capable Adam, and his beautiful garden. Can't understand why he has bought a house with a tiny (for him) north facing garden. Why Adam, why! They will never let you take over from Monty now

Gordon Cooke was a man on the same Gardener's World episode..... I think he was the one who was the potter that showed us round his garden. Someone was asking upthread about him because they thought they lived nearby.

re Mr Cooke, someone asked earlier on in the thread for the name of the man featured in the same GW programme last week - he was a potter and had a beautiful garden in Manchester I think.

Oh it's horrible leaving a treasured garden behind. The 2 gardens I planted and treasured in London are now block paved car parks. Grr. Philistines!

Yes I was shocked when Monty Don on Gardeners World said it.
We shall have to wait and see what Adam Frost does to his new garden🌲

l like GW, but find it a bit samesome.
I love watching John Lords secret garden on youtube, complete opposite to MD, so full of energy and Irish charm, walks around so fast the camera man has a job keeping up, and very different/ unique gardening style, (verging on ruthless) but he really knows his stuff and is very entertaining.
l also love the gorgeous Ben Hamilton Anderson, does some fantastic reviews on David Austin roses, he also has a very nice way about him, like a big, gentle teddy bear, and l have just discovered Claus Dalby, very endearing Swedish gardener with the most beautiful garden l have ever seen, these three are well worth a watch the clips are only short but very informative.

I read on a gardening forum that his wife has been unwell and he’s downsized the garden to enable him more time to look after her.

I like Adam but don’t find him anywhere near as soothing as Monty. Personally I’d have preferred Francis as next in line for the throne.

I love John Lord's secret garden on YouTube. I love the fast pace and his enthusiasm, he is such an honest gardener.

Adam’s garden was one I’d dream about. Love his presenting style and was looking forward to seeing what he was going to do with it this year. Sad to see that he’d moved next to a road…I’m sure he’ll make a great job of the new one.
