It doesn't really matter though does it @BruceAndNosh - it's just a bit of fun, not an invigilated exam! and I say that as someone who lost their 100% streak yesterday

'Epoxy' was my downfall poxy word

I lost my 100% record when I went away for a weekend. It's actually a good thing.
As you say, it's only supposed to be a bit of fun. I'd hate to be stuck in a situation similar to "I must do the Lottery every week because I know that the one week I don't use those numbers that I always use, my numbers will come up".

Yeah, I know I'm way too invested...I'm still bitter about losing my perfect record thanks to Mr Simpson.

I actually got EPOXY only because when I am stuck I put an X for the unknown letters and that helped me see it!

I meant the 4th letter. Doh!

I'm stuck!

Do an elimination word.

When I'm stuck I try putting every letter that is still left in the spaces I'm stuck with and think of words that could work. If you do X's in the other spaces it can help as well.

I'm stuck after 5 guesses. I have 2 letters in the right place and a yellow one, but I've eliminated so many other letters that I can't make a word from what is left.
