I’m making caramelised leek , mushroom and Stilton bake with a bacon crumb, proper winter fodder! Served alongside some broccoli and green bean. What’s on the menu at yours tonight?

Tuna puttanesca bake from a magazine.

Plain boiled rice, keema aloo, pan fried cauliflower and carrots.

I'm having beans on toast.

Spam, mash and broccoli. Parsley sauce.

Stir fry - veg, frozen prawns and noodles

easy night - Higgidy pies, chips and peas

Um, chips and something, depends what's in the freezer!

I’m making honey chicken with peppers on flat breads with feta, harissa mayo, coriander and pickled red onion. It’s so easy and delicious!
