I’m making caramelised leek , mushroom and Stilton bake with a bacon crumb, proper winter fodder! Served alongside some broccoli and green bean. What’s on the menu at yours tonight?

I’ve been slow cooking lasagne filling since 9am, will just need layering up and baking.

I'm going to roast off a few chicken breasts and do chicken and bacon pie with cheesy mash, Tenderstem and Carrotts.

We are having this Mexican bean soup - it's delicious. We have it with both chicken and avocado and diced tomato as we are gannets

I’m making honey chicken with peppers on flat breads with feta, harissa mayo, coriander and pickled red onion. It’s so easy and delicious!

Fish curry

Meatballs, sauteed with onions, green peppers, garlic, basil, coriander, black pepper and red pesto. Not following a recipe - just made it up. We will probably have couscous and some mange tout.

Roasted gnocchi, spinach, mushrooms and blue cheese. It's nice but now I want some of yours OP

Well, DP proposed to me on Valentine's Day and I (obviously said yes).

We also have a baby on the way (14 weeks) and haven't told anyone about either of these yet.

So... we've planned and made a romantic video of the dinner table set with candles and rose petals. Two plates and two champagne glasses (I'm not drinking!). On one plate is a card picturing a bride and groom with the words "will you marry me" and on the second plate, our most recent baby scan photo.

We're going to edit the video slightly tomorrow then send it to our parents. When they've seen it, we'll send it to wider family and friends.
