Cant see another thread....

So they open at 0600 tomorrow. How long do you think we'll be stuck in a queue to get one. And will all the good ones be gone by the time we do

I'm setting my alarm for 0530 I think 🤔

All done - system had saved my slot - phew.

I only just got sorted after being on just after 5.30. Only good thing for those waiting was every slot was still available, for my address anyway.

Set my alarm for before 6am...it didn't go off!!!

Logged on the app at 6;45am thinking I had no hope and was straight in and got 22nd Dec (which is what I wanted) No one idea what is going on if there's still a queue going on the website!

icedcoffee slots only showing up to Monday 27th

I logged in at 5.55, was at about 116,000. Now got down to 14,742 but it now says the queue is paused; been like that for about 10 minutes

Queue paused here too… damn it was moving along quite nicely!

I'm now back up to a wait of more than an hour

Oh dear. I logged on at 6.10am when I woke up and got straight in, no wait, no queue and all slots available every day up til 23rd.

Straight in on the app - website on laptop still paused, managed to get 22nd and 27th

i had a wait of 45 mins, then 41 mins now over an hour!! surely once you're in the Q the time should get less!!

I'm in a queue on both app and laptop. Really tempted to close the app and try rejoining to see if I miss the queue. Has anyone tried that?

I got straight on the app at 5.55, got my slot straight away and checked out before 6am!

Such a difference from last year where I waited an hour in a queue.

Moving again now - 10,192 & 10 minutes wait. I’m going up about 1,000 places a minute

Oh god, I'm 212,115th in the queue...

I was on at 6am + 40 seconds on the app. 31 mins still to wait. Nnnrgh!

I did mine on the website but still in queue on the app and see no way of getting out of it, I have never used the app before so not familiar with it, but many others in queue may not be really queueing like me

Booked and done! I was well over 100K in the queue despite logging on at 5:50 so was worried but there was loads of choice once I got in.

Definitely worth trying both website and app. A second ago I opened both as an experiment - queue position 153k on the app but only 100k on the website, even though I opened it last?!

Just logged on now and it’s saying 1 hour queue 😳

Thanks @NoWordForFluffy am in the queue. I logged on before posting. It was over an hour then 50 mins, went back to over an hour. Currently 55 mins… grrr

Cripes sorry some of you are having a drama. I went straight in on the app at 5.55 and booked for the 23rd. Never been grateful for an app before!

Logged straight in at 5.30am then made the mistake of refreshing the page at 5.55am to be dumped at 172862 in queue.

Went on Twitter #tesco and people were saying they got straight in on the app. Downloaded app on iPad, queue on there too.

Waited 40 mins.

Saw someone else on Twitter say they got straight on, on phone app, I'm still 12,000 in queue! Annoying.

With how everything is I don't think I be risking online shop this year for nothing to turn up or crazy amount swaps they will do

If I’m using the app and I leave it to come on mumsnet, will it keep my place or do I have to kee it open on the app continuously?
