My God is this woman bloody tone deaf, stupid or such a narcissist that she really doesn’t care? Posting pics on Instagram of her and Alec dressed up for Halloween with their kids, with a little sob story about how “parenting through this has been intense.”
By all means let your kids celebrate Halloween but have some bloody sensitivity and awareness! Posting on social media, for the world to see, just days after your husband shot and killed a woman; a wife and mother.
Halyna’s son won’t be celebrating Halloween.

I've had to look into this because I've always thought she was Spanish and it turns out she isn't. In a BBC article it says:

"She said she speaks with varying degrees of a Spanish accent depending on how happy or upset she is feeling."

Yeah, it's a complete fabrication. Her name is Hilary and she's from Boston. I remember getting caught in an internet rabbit hole reading up on it, when it all emerged last year.

Very peculiar woman indeed.

She seemed to be behaving very oddly in that interview he did a couple of days ago. At one stage he stopped talking as she was walking in front of everyone filming them and said 'Excuse me? `. Why was she doing that?
I didn't realise that was his wife! I assumed it was a journalist who was getting a bit too close.

Yes, it's very insensitive.

Having said that, Alec looks absolutely shattered and haunted in those photos, it's highly probable that he wanted no part in any Hlloween celebrations, but did it for the kids.

But why post it on Instagram?

I agree, he looks broken, and he seemed very low when he was interviewed recently.

I don't think Hilaria being aggressive towards the press and instigating photoshoots is helping at all.

That they seemingly never thought the Halloween photos could be seen as insensitive to Halyna's family is bizarre.

Very odd during the interview, he was not pleased and it really showed. It was so so attention seeking , kind of like the obsessive baby making. 6 kids in five years and she had a multiple miscarriage's too, that's just not normal
He does look absolutely shattered and I feel v sorry for him. He has to keep working to keep the money rolling his with that many mouths to support.

Didn't she have a baby and then their surrogate gave birth to their next baby 6 months later?

I thought that too until DH corrected me. What an utterly bizarre creature she is.
I also agree that Alec looks completely on the edge but surely he must be able to tell her to rein it in for everyone's sake

Totally insensitive. I get why they would get on with normal stuff for the kids but to post it online is not good.

Yes, baby no. 5 was the wrong sex for her spoilt daughter, so they bought one as soon as they found out the sex.

I knew she wouldn't be able to stay away from Insta long enough to be sensitive to the situation.

Was very odd wasnt it. She didht sound spanish to me.

I felt really sorry for Alec, the media are hounding him.

What do think the consequences of all this will be for them?

Multiple law suits and massive damages to pay out? Will this ruin them financially? will he work again?

Or do you think this will just be brushed over and swept under the Hollywood rug?

I'd be surprised if he is charged with anything because it sounded like none of this was his fault. He was given gun and told it was safe.

I am going to go completely against the grain here and speak up for Hilaria. She and Alec both looked completely traumatised in that clip and she is doing everything she can to support him and her children. Dressing up for Halloween is a big thing in the US and the children would have been looking forward to it so good for them trying to keep things normal.
My biggest praise for her though is when she went crazy at the paparazzi who couldn’t remember Halyna’s name. Good for her.

No one begrudges their children a fun Halloween but why post on Instagram complaining about how 'intense' things have been for you when there is a grieving husband and son having the most devastatingly intense time of their lives? So crass and insensitive.

That will definitely complicate things in terms of civil suits. I doubt criminal charges will be brought. It could ruin them financially - not to mention that he may be uninsurable after this.

Yes as an actor he bears no responsibility but as a producer he does. I think that is where his issue will lie. He gets on with the husband so it depends on how much he gets from the insurance as if it isn't enough he may have no choice but to sue him personally.
He makes great money but as he said himself previously he has lots of kids so his lifestyle, living in New York is incredibly expensive
Her ability to earn after that whole Spanish fiasco was obliterated
